Rest assured, our fees are competitive, and will only need to be paid on completion of your sale, and there are no upfront costs!

How much do you charge?

Our fees are very simple, for a sale we charge a fee of just 1.1% Plus Vat of the sale price achieved, this fee is to include a Hizzy for sale/sold board. If there is NO for sale/sold board then our fee reverts to 1.25% Plus Vat. We have a minimum charge of £2’394 Including Vat. This is for a fully inclusive service.

Example: House sale price £250’000 at 1.1% plus vat would total £3’300 Including Vat and £250’000 sale price at 1.25% plus vat would total £3’750 Including Vat.

Are there any upfront or hidden costs?

We work on a “No Sale No Fee” basis so there is nothing for you to pay upfront, and no other hidden charges, we also do NOT charge for photos like some of our competitors. The only upfront cost you might have is for an Energy Performance Certificate which are required by law to be able to sell you home, these are very easy to obtain and we can arrange one to be done by our assessor, normally for about £120.00 Including Vat. Other Fees: We refer customers to Attwells Solicitors. It is your decision whether you choose to deal with Attwells Solicitors however, should you decide to use Attwells Solicitors you should know that we would receive a referral fee of £100 per transaction from them for recommending you to them.
Where do you market your properties?

We are continuously reviewing and expanding the exposure of clients’ properties. We market our properties on Property Portals as we believe quality property marketing should cover more than just the standard advertising portals most other estate agencies solely rely upon, so our client’s properties also gain from our own brand’s wide and varying exposure which also includes our growing social media platforms.

As the buyer of a property, I felt Hizzy provided outstanding service. They were really responsive with calls and emails – usually called straight back.
