Lee dealt with the sale of my parents’ property. He provided an absolutely outstanding service, he was pro-active, responsive to requests, queries, and always responded promptly and efficiently. Things certainly would not have gone so smoothly without his support and advice. He dealt with my elderly parents with respect and clarity, and always explained things fully. If Lee was not in the office (annual leave) then Ross was equally supportive and helpful. Wonderful service, can’t praise them enough, they went above and beyond our expectations.

As someone who has spent the last 20 years within estate agency I feel qualified to comment on our experience with Hizzy Property in the sale of our home in the current challenging market. Selling my home of 25 years wasn’t an easy decision to make, I felt very unsure about the whole process. Lee explained everything to me about how Hizzy works and their ethos. I was quite open about my apprehension in putting my home on the market but was told that they would hold my hand all the way through . Ross went above & beyond in supporting me, he even came round to help me fill in paperwork for the Solicitor when I felt uncertain & has constantly been a moral support . This changed immediately on dealing with Hizzy Estate agents, Ross was so welcoming and friendly from the moment he showed us our potential new home ( which we later brought) He allowed us time to explore and advised us to visit again with our family to see if we still felt the same.
