Who are Hizzy?
A contemporary and comprehensive approach to estate agency, we provide a personalised and elevated experience for our sellers, while offering sound advice and expertise to buyers.
With over 30 years in local estate agency, Lee is known for straight-talking advice, strong results and service that genuinely puts clients first. He prides himself on making sure every client walks away happy, and his ability to build trust and secure top-market prices makes him a real asset to anyone selling or buying through Hizzy.
His knowledge of South Suffolk and experience through every type of market are a big part of what drives Hizzy forward.
Outside of work, Lee doesn’t do things by halves. He’s completed the brutal Marathon des Sables — six marathons in six days across the Sahara — plus an Ironman, multiple triathlons and, most recently, three back-to-back loops of the Yorkshire Three Peaks (75 miles) for charity. A fitness enthusiast, he lives locally with his wife Verity and their three daughters.
Providing an excellent service is the most important aspect of our business and Verity does this exceptionally well. Her communication skills, and success with developing new business makes her a real asset to the team. Verity is born and bred in Suffolk and knows the local town, the people and countryside exceptionally well.
In her spare time she enjoys socialising with friends and family and keeping fit where she can, she is married to Lee and lives locally with her three daughters.
Ross started his estate agency career in 2001, successfully selling property in Stowmarket, Needham Market & the surrounding villages. In 2005, he moved to a firm in Hadleigh & has been a familiar face in south Suffolk ever since. His desire to deliver a high level of customer service & give best advice to clients, has resulted in much of his business coming from recommendations & repeat customers.
Ross is responsible for the day to day operations of Hizzy, taking an active role in both the sales, lettings and maintenance departments.
Ross lives with his partner Lizzie and their son. He enjoys playing squash, watching Lizzie captain Easton Ladies cricket team & has a few half marathons under his belt.
He is also an enthusiastic member of CAMRA & avid supporter of The Fat Cat in Ipswich.
